• Please arrive on the date indicated in the Date of Admission within the validity of the ticket. This ticket is only valid for use on the printed Date of Admission. If for any reason you are not able to make it on your scheduled date of visit, you can rebook your visit within the indicated validity period online or by contacting us directly.
• An acceptable valid ID with birthdate may be required for additional verification and confirmation. Ticket types will be based on the following classifications: Junior Day Pass (children with height between 36” to below 48”), Regular Day Pass (48” and above) and Senior Citizen Day Pass (60 years old and above.) PWD Day Passes are also available. Verification will be conducted prior to entry for Junior Day Pass ticket holders (height verification) and SC/PWD Day Pass ticket holders (SC/PWD ID verification).
• Guests are encouraged to observe and follow the Park’s enhanced health and safety protocols that include voluntary wearing of face masks, frequent handwashing and sanitization, maintaining physical distancing, and using cashless/contactless transaction options as much as possible. Other than cash, the park also accepts debit/credit card payments and GCash.
• Promotional Tickets. A park admission ticket purchased through any valid promotional offer may require the presentation of additional documentary requirements as specified by the terms and conditions of the promotion.

How to magically use your e-ticket

1. Please secure and keep this E-ticket with you at all times as this is required for Entry, Exit, and Re-entry to Enchanted Kingdom.
2. When arriving at the park, whether alone or with a group, each guest must have their own individual E-ticket printed or available on their cellular mobile devices for presentation upon entry. Please be ready to present a valid photo identification card with your birthdate when requested.
3. If you are cleared to proceed after temperature scanning, please proceed to the Special Lanes dedicated for Online Ticket Holders for Park Entry. For EKspress One Day Pass Holders: please look for the EKspress One Day sign to claim your wrist tag.
4. Please scan your own individual E-ticket at the Entry Turnstiles to enter the park and to enjoy your magical day at EK.
