Promotional Offering Details

• Promo period will run from September 1 - 31, 2024 only
• The promo is available via the EK Online Store and may be paid through different modes of payment such as Credit/Debit card, Grab Pay or Gcash.
• Each package includes three (3) EKsperience the Magic Card and complimentary family photo voucher from ViewTrue.
• Guests who availed of the promo will must present proof such as birth certificate or any Senior Citizen ID before the release of the Magic Card for verification at the EKMC Lounge or Group Sales Office. An upgrade fee of Php1,500 will be collected if applicable document is not presented.
• The promo is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promos or with a senior citizen or PWD discount.

Eligibility Voucher Type Description

• You can present either a printed or mobile voucher and valid ID to claim your EKsperience the Magic Cards.

Validity

• The EKsperience the Magic Card is valid for one year from date of purchase.

How to Redeem

• Step 1: Visit our Group Sales Office located at the Enchanted Kingdom Front Gate in Santa Rosa Laguna. As a new member, you may also email us at ekmc@enchantedkingdom.ph or ebvaleriano@enchantedkingdom.ph. You may also call us at 0928-5510859 from Monday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm with any questions/ concerns regarding your new EKsperience the Magic Card.
• Step 2 : Please bring the following with you at the Group Sales Office or EKMC Lounge when visiting to claim your Magic Card:
  • A copy of this email confirmation (printed hard copy or from your cellular mobile device).
  • The same original ID during registration and payment.
  • You must present proof such as a birth certificate (printed hard copy or from cellular mobile device), for verification and promo entitlement.
• Step 3: In case you do not meet the qualifications, upgrade fee of PHP1500.00 will be collected.
